The founder
Esteban arrived in New Zealand from Chile in 2019 for what was meant to be a one-year working holiday. Seven years later he's still here — in love with the landscapes, the Kiwi lifestyle, his wife, and their two daughters. Having built his own version of the Kiwi dream, he now spends his days helping other business owners reach theirs.
That is also why Southern Bridge works the way it does: diagnosis before prescription. Every project starts with a free strategy session — walking through how your business actually runs, finding the real bottleneck, and only then recommending a fix. If you don't need one, you'll hear that too.
